"Very shady business. They care about taking as much money from your insurance (and your pocket) as possible, more than they care about your dental health. Got multiple people telling me similar experiences. One friend had to get a second deep cleaning from another facility because this dentist persuaded him to do a deep cleaning without anesthesia. How ridiculous is that? He kept bleeding for a year after it was done."
