"Quaint studio that was comfortable and quiet. Pet friendly. Across the street from the lake so we were able to watch the sun set. The water was really hot, which I loved, and the a/c worked really well. The owners were very nice and even showed us other units they were remodeling. Looking forward to seeing them continue to grow and succeed."
"No current management, false advertisements, run by weekend mgrs from out of town on sheer intimidation. All rooms are expected pay same rate but only limited rooms offer even some of amenities advertised. No room offers all advertised amenities. Men are allowed to slide with excuses but women are expected to stay in substandard rooms and be charged more, but receive less. The entire business is a sham. They can't get a professional electrician or plumber because they didn't pay for last service call. There are spiders, roaches, and high grass for hiding cottonmouth from the lake. No maintenance whatsoever but some of the men are paid cash and given cash credits for doing next to nothing. No key to some rooms. It's straight up running illegally. Breaks all the laws in state of Tennessee for tenant/landlord."
"I do NOT recommend this motel to anyone. Average cleanliness, horrible service, uncomfortable mattresses, unprofessional on-site/live-in attendant. Excessive traffic and noise at all hours. Little to no assistance from the out of town owner's. It's more like "long-term, temporary housing", with an occasional room for nightly rentals then a normal motel. If you really want to stay right near the lake, check out the other motel options in that area."
"Do not book a room here. The rooms are disgusting, nothing like the pictures and if you reserve a room and cancel they will not give you back your money. The owners are dead beat landlords and don't put any money into fixing up the place.I wouldn't take a shower in the room unless I had a wet suit on and don't plan on cooking anything in the so called kitchenette unless you like eating what the last people had for dinner. The only thing good was the friendliness of the manager. Anyone that gave a 5 rating never stayed there"
"This was the best trip of the year. We came in a group of three for Duck hunting at the Reelfoot Lake. Our room was clean and well organized. It was easy for us to dock our boat on the ramp. Great experience!!!. Coming back soon."
