"The work is good, customer service not so good. I've had a temporary crown on for almost a month. They have my crown but can't schedule a 15 minute appointment to put it on. I let them know I've been experiencing pain with the temporary crown for 2 weeks now. Still they scheduled my appointment almost 2 weeks after they received my crown. I had to continue to call as they never pick up their phones to follow up on my crown and schedule an appointment. They need to work on prioritizing their clients professionally. I need my new crown!"
