"OMG! I came to this dentist because I was having excruciating dental pain due to a crown that had not been shaped properly at my former provider. I was literally BAWLING the night before and needed to go to ER because of how bad the pain was. I called Five Gables the next morning, and by a stroke of luck, they squeezed me in same-day. They reshaped the crown for me, and I kid you not, I feel SO MUCH BETTER AFTER 3 DAYS! I'm so mad I didn't come here sooner! I dont wanna unalive myself anymore! They're the nicest people I've met since moving to Santa Cruz a few months ago. I'm very happy with my experience and have now encouraged my partner to become a regular patient with them too!!! The office is so clean and comfortable, Kelly at the front desk is so kind and patiently answers all questions, everyone on their team is skilled and very gentle. There has recently been a change of ownership and the new doctor Dr. Refaee is great. He is fast and through. This practice has cured me of my prior dental exam anxiety, it sounds silly but I look forward to going in. I called them this morning due to having a cracked filling fall out while flossing last night. They got me in to see the dentist immediately, my tooth was all fixed before noon.
