"Brought my 9 yr old daughter for a mani and pedi…The price sheet stated $25 for children 12 and under yet they charged my daughter $37 for a simple mani and pedi especially after telling them she was only 9!!! This place is a rip off especially when the whole service took less than 30 min. We will never be back here again! Thieves!"

"Both my siblings (pre teens) came here today to get their nails done. Both their sets were botched. Terribly. One of them, the color they were given was totally different from what she asked for. The other asked for nail art, gave references, and the actual art turned out TERRIBLE. If you're not able to recreate it just say no to the client and offer something you *can* do, don't take advantage of kids and their shyness to ask for things to be fixed. Didn't inform them of the additional price raise for art and gels either, which was not appreciated. Reviews here overall are great, so what happened today?"
