"This was my first time at Kitchen Nail Bar. Kevin did my gel manicure and the service was disappointing. When he removed the old gel with a nail drill, he clipped the skin near the proximal nail fold on two of my fingers. The shape of my nails isn’t great either as the edges are pretty sharp. The gel seems to have air bubbles in it. And two days after the service the gel on one of my fingers is starting to peel off. This is very unusual as gel manicure tends to last up to 2.5 weeks in my experience. This is unfortunate, as the rest of the staff seemed very nice. I do not recommend this place."

"Love this new spot in Palo Alto! I’ve been to many nail salons in the area, and nothing compares to the luxurious experience you get at Kitchen Nail Bar. All of the pedicure techs do a fantastic job and the chairs are so comfy and have butt warmers! If you like dip nails, Hailey is your girl!! She does a flawless job every time and has such a keen attention to detail. I found my regular nail girl with her!"

I had Ruby as my nail artist and she as amazing! Provided her advice when asked and did a perfect holiday French tip with such attention to detail. She was so sweet as well.
