Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville-Kodak, TN

"I stayed at country inn suites this weekend for a dance competition. The room was nice and clean.Breakfast was good.Everything was fine in till it was time for us to check out and we finally seen how bad this lady’s Customer service she had. She was very rude,mean,and nasty to me and my family.We asked her one question about them putting extra money on my moms account and she was nasty about it.So we will definitely do something about this experience."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean with good linens. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with eggs and waffles! 25 mins from Pigeon Forge but still close to nice restaurants. Our r favorite restaurant was Local Goat in PF."

"The rooms was very clean frendly staff loved they always had hot coffee and water with a nice selection of tea also hot chocolate. Breakfast was great. Pool was a Lil cold but that's the only complaint I had beds was so comfy I'll definitely stay again."

"Room was clean and spacious with a fireplace and slept 6 people perfectly. Service is good but our room wasn't touched and replenished with TP and towels. The staff was very nice though. The location is ok, it's kinda pain when coming back because you have to do a U-TURN by Wegales gas station but that's no their fault.. Otherwise, it ok..Breakfast was not great but it's free...also, hopefully u won't have loud neighbors because these rooms must be made of paper because u can hear everything....."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The suite was clean and nicely laid out, and the pool was a fun time for the kids. The service was top-notch; very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to Pigeon Forge to be convenient but far enough away to be comfortable."
