"I stayed in room 403 this last weekend, and I just want to say I was actually amazed, we walked into the lobby where everything was very clean, the woman upfront with teal nails at a time black younger woman sweetest lady I have ever talked to she was so nice. She explained how complementary breakfast is involved so then we get up to our room and it was the cutest. Little room I have ever seen in my life. It literally looks like a studio in New York City. I absolutely loved it. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a mini fridge. The TV channels didn’t have a problem with any of those. I actually enjoyed staying in my hotel instead of walking around pigeon Forge, I will choose this hotel from here on out!! I’m from Indiana by the way. Oh, and you get the perfect view of the mountains it’s literally amazing so if you go just request 403"

"My family had to take a quick trip to Sevierville county Tennessee to grab my marriage license. It was just a overnight trip and we just needed a comfortable bed and clean room to sleep in. While the rooms are clean, this hotel definitely earns its three stars. If you're looking for something posh or over the top, you are not going to mind it here. But if you're looking for a nice place to crash overnight, only for one night, this might be an okay place for you. It was quiet, it was clean, but the beds were pretty awful. Some of the rooms are halfway renovated but not really updated. Just wanted to give honest with you, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the breakfast goes, I have no idea if it was good because they actually close it down at 9:00 a.m. which in my opinion is super early. The best way I can describe it is that I felt like I was staying over at somebody's house that was in the middle of a renovation. Even the owners just had t-shirts on.. It was a little odd."

"For the price that was paid, I have no complaints of this hotel. Yea you can tell that the place has been in business for a while due to how old the halls look, but aside from that, the room was clean, the floor looked like it had been redone. And really not much else to complain about. If you’re looking for budget friendly, I haven’t had any issue with this place so far. I stayed on the 3rd floor and while basic, I have seen worse and this place worked great for my stay."

"I don't usually write these kinds of reviews but I felt this hotel was deserving of a good rating. We booked this room through "hotels" which showed a decent rating. It wasn't until the day of checkin that I checked google reviews and I got really nervous! I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and smelled clean. The front desk staff was so friendly (however check in did take a while.) they are obviously working on fixing up this hotel as there were boxes of flooring beside random rooms. Our room had new flooring and was overall in good shape. The hotel obviously needs some updating in various areas, but you're not paying the price of a brand new hotel. The room was clean and there were no bugs. It was quiet at night and we had no issues at all. This was during peak season so I don't know what the typical tenants are like during the off season, but as for Christmas time I can say this is a clean and quiet budget hotel in a great location!"

"Just returned from our trip to Pigeon Forge and we had a great time. The hotel was the best price when we booked. As a hotel manager at one point in my career, I can say that you get what you pay for. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from those that possibly expected more than what they got. We had no issues with the hotel. The room was what we expected in a 2 double bed room. You can tell it is an older hotel but they are remodeling and making some changes. Breakfast was plentiful for a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the mini sausage biscuits. There were some minor issues with the 2 of the lamps in the room and cleanliness of the carpets but it was nothing that would cause me to be upset. Would I stay here again….yes I would. Are there things that could be improved…sure but overall we were not disappointed."
