"Not a great experience picking up a dishwasher Sunday, 5/28. They were suppose to deliver on this particular Sunday, 5/28, but I was unable to get to my phone in time. So therefore, my delivery was canceled and I had to wait on a rescheduled delivery of up to a week, or pick it up. I decided to pick up, since my husband and I were both off and could take care of it over the weekend. I dealt with Jason at the distribution center in Lavergne who said he was the warehouse manager. He had no personality, and lacked some major customer service skills. While he was loading my dishwasher into the back of our suv, he asked me how I wanted it and was about to say something else before he stopped himself. I had the feeling he wanted ME to load it. Well, I’m 7 months pregnant buddy. I had to actually say, just put it in there in a way that it fits. Come on, I mean isn’t this what you are paid to do? I just spend over 1k on a dishwasher with your business and you are complaining about loading a dishwasher into the back of my vehicle? Just terrible. Next time I will go to Lowe’s or Home Depot for my purchase. Love your job, or find another one. Period."

"I came to CONNS HOME PLUS in 7001 Centrepointe Way, La Vergne, TN 37086 to pick up an order at 1pm, they were in a meeting, nadir came out to give me a note what time they would finish their meeting, the staff that work in customer service looked at me standing there and no one asked me what I needed, I was waiting for more than an hour for someone to come out to attend to me, and to top it off they serve me with a terrible attitude and bad character, terrible place."

"Awesome, professionals, helpful and friendly. The office was very clean and the furniture in the waiting area was great. I got fast service and they loaded my item on my truck. Note gone are the days when ppl would tie down a load for you. I always use ratchet straps, just thought I'd put that out there for one's who may ne wanting them to that."
