"I used to love coming here to get my toes done. Today was the last visit for me ever, my nail tech did not know what she was doing. She stabbed multiple times into my ingrown nail causing me pain, burning my cuticles many times with the drill bit, dropped a big bottle of oil onto my foot. I was hoping the end result would’ve made me happy, but it didn’t. The paint job was horrible, it was literally just white. Then asked me if i wanted to put tip on my card, i declined. I shouldn’t have even paid at all."

"I have been coming here for a while now and usually do a simple nail design, when I came in today it was off. Two people were gambling and drinking in the middle of the salon, my nail tech was so rude and did'nt even say Hi back to me. I hated my nails and had to go to another salon to fix my nails it was horrible, they could not do the design I requested and showed me a attitude for it. Not worth your money or time, there are so many wonderful salons in Elk Grove that have friendly nail techs who can do nails properly. I am never coming back to this place again"

"Are used to go here quite a few years ago and then I changed to a different nail facility. I came back because I trust Jennifer and she does fantastic work. She’s very friendly, great personality and never done me wrong. By far one of the best nail places to go off of Elk Grove Boulevard."

"I had a pedicure done, I won’t be going back here as I walked away with a piece of my skin scrapped off by the stone. I told the lady twice that it hurt and finally had to point out the bleeding. She looked at it after and said sorry but the damage was already done. I don’t have overly callous feet, not sure why she was scrapping so hard and not paying attention."

"I went in wanting to get a gel manicure with a mix of white line designs on my nails (like the photo but with white instead of black). The lady told me dip powder would be better and because I don’t get my nails done too often, I trusted her and said yes. When she was doing my nails, the dip powder just made my nails look chunkier and the lines she made were not sharp or even close to the picture I showed her. She would ask me if it looks okay and I would correct her, but even after she would “fix it” it would still look terrible. At that point, I just said it looks good so she can finish it and I could leave to another nail place to get it removed and done again. She got dip on the side of my nails and it hurt trying to separate it or take it off my skin and I had so many white polish marks on my hands and fingers from when she was drawing the lines on. I was so disappointed and not impressed at all (second photo) The moment I left, I went to another nail place and they said “oh my god, who did this” and fixed it right away for me. This is how they look after getting fixed and I am much more satisfied, I’ll be going to them from now on (third photo). Please be aware if you go here to get your nails done, only give them simple designs to do or even just a solid color manicure with no design, anything more and it’ll be rough."
