"I went into the salon Saturday around 6 (11/16/18) got helped and got the color I wanted great start but comes Sunday morning 9am and my nails already had chipping on them. Decided to stop by first thing 11am just to get told I had to wait almost 3 hours to get 3 nails fixed ! Seriously ! When I walked in I explained to the lady and she acted like she didn't even know she even asked if I had gone to her nail salon. When I explained to her that obviously and pointed to the area I was sitting the day before at she acted a little upset and told me I had to wait. I'm sorry but no one has 3 hours to waste on a Sunday. I had tried this place about 5 years and I didn't have a great experience decided to give them a try again and it was a mistake. Don't waste your time and money. I walked back to the place I should have never left "Angels Nails" inside the mall by the entrance by security. They helped me right away, they are always supper friendly and nice. Nothing compared to this place. I made the mistake to give them another change save your time and don't make the same mistake I did. Spent $50. Nails didn't even last 24 hours."

"If I could give more stars I would. I have been going to Glamour Nails for almost 16 years. I live in Pleasanton and I commute to this business because there is nothing even remotely close to the professionalism and quality of work like Glamour Nails, not even in the valley where I live. I have been in the bay area, the tri valley area, and no one, believe me no other business comes close. Nancy, the owner runs a very tight ship with her staff and makes sure that the people that work there give the absolute best quality of work. I have never once been disappointed. They take their time, there is no rush for them, and secure enough time for each guest that comes in so they get the equal quality as everyone else. Everywhere else I have gone it is like a production line, they just want to get you in and then push you out. They take no pride in their work. An establishment such as this does not sustain the test of time as Glamour nails obviously has if they did not have a good client following. The reason, QUALITY OF WORK! They are very warm and friendly, and I don't believe I have ever seen an unfriendly face working there! Nancy, Nancy, Na, Jennifer and all the rest of the crew at Glamour Nails, thank you a 100 times over for the wonderful years of service you have provided me, and many others I am sure. The people with negative comments are the ones, that I don't care where they go, will never be happy. That is something I learned a long time ago working in the customer service field. I have seen people that come in, complain, but the next month I see them back! People don't come back unless they get good service! They just like to complain. I don't care about the commute from Pleasanton, It is a very small sacrifice to make to get the quality of work that all of you provide and the customer service. I have made some wonderful friends! "So yesterday I went around 2 o'clock in the afternoon to get my nails done and I told them I need my eyebrows a pedicure and a full set I told them I want to Matt black with sparkles on top she told me no she can't do that I said yes you can other places have done it so then she told me no we ain't doing that that pissed me off first second of all when I went and got my nails done I'm sitting near the nails working in all the way and you can see Mark's in my nails like they were smeared then I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get my eyebrows done when she told me in total it only take an hour to get done my toes and my nails and my eyebrows then they start speaking in their language making fun of my daughter"
