"Needed to get a full set since I was overdue, Niki Nails did not disappoint! Made an appointment for a Friday and when I walked in was greeted by the ladies. I opted for Gel-X this time (it’s new) since I often like to change up styles and designs, it allows me to get a new set each time, and they’re reasonable prices (new set started at $55) couldn’t be passed up. My set came out just like the picture presented and I could not be happier! My mom got her toes repainted and was pleased as well. I will definitely be back!"

"Honestly extremely disappointed with how my whole experience here. I decided to come here instead of my normal place because they had really good reviews and my normal lady left my other salon. I called at 10:45am and asked if they had anything available today and she asked me to come in right now so I drove over immediately. When I got there (within 15 minutes) the girl sat me down and gave me a book to pick a nail color. She then disappeared. While sitting there waiting I started sweating because it was SO hot inside. It was definitely hotter inside than outside and I became super uncomfortable. After waiting 15 minutes and not seeing the girl again I decided to just leave and go to my normal salon. The second I stood up the girl reappeared and pretty much forced me to sit back down and I mentioned that I would just come back because I was so hot and 9 months pregnant. They apologized and turned a fan on and closed the door which did help a little. She then started on my nails. I wanted a dip/gel nail and then pedicure. My nails came out awful. She never did anything to my cuticles, she cut them SO short, they’re thick, all of them shaped differently, there’s bumps and a black hair in one (i am blonde) and parts of my nail are missing paint completely. The pedicure itself was not the best either. I paid for the more expensive one as I wanted a longer massage since this will be my last pedicure before I give birth. She never even massaged my feet. My toe nails themself look good. Overall the entire experience was awful and I cried the whole car ride home that I wasted my last nail appointment before giving birth here and still spent $110."

"I’ve been looking for a new nail place and found Niki nails very close to home! I requested a booking online and was received a response in about 10 min. Went in for a fill and a shape change and I am in love with my nails!! They are beautiful and much better than my previous nail place. I will bring my daughter in the future for pedicures!! "I never realized how important a really good nail designer was until I met Niki. I used to think it was okay to get burned sometimes or have mediocre designs but then my friend introduced me to Niki. I went to her for many years always knowing I would have professional service and of course the most amazing hand painted designs. Then one day I called for an apt. and she wasn't there and they wouldn't tell me how to reach her. I had to go back to mediocre quality nails... until today! I FOUND NIKI again and she remembered me! Now she has her own salon! If she ever has to move again I'll know where -- and believe me, I'll follow!!! Niki truly is the best!
