"Sadly, one of the worst full sets (or fill) I’ve ever had. I went off reviews - maybe they’re old?! Not only did I walk out with the wrong nail color, two crooked nails, uneven nail lengths and weird ‘bumpy’ application at the cuticle end - BUT they stopped my appointment and took another client, completing their whole procedure before coming back to mine. Who does that? I’ve definitely had appointments where they work two people at once, and though not ideal, at least they continue with both. Do NOT go to this salon - which also looks like a hoarders home inside. Just NO."

"I have been coming here for pedicures since 2019. This is a family owned, wife & husband run business. While English isn’t their first language, they warmly greet you upon arrival, have music playing so you can zone out and they’ve set the space up so that the barrier in communication doesn’t hinder the service or the experience. The menu is priced out & set up with different choices, upgrades, add ons & packages. Tons of polish colors to choose from & quality product. I have a great experience every time & have always enjoyed my pedicures."

"Worst mani pedi ever. I asked for a regular M-P, he gave me a gel and charged me extra. The coats were uneven and didn't cover the entire nail. It was so dark in there I couldn't tell how bad it was until I left. He didn't trim my cuticles or sand my calluses. I don't think he understood English and what I was telling him...... update, less than a week later, all the polish peeled off."

"You know the US and the world’s economy went down after covid, everything was in chaos and it was a mess and it was hard for business to stay opened. You should be nicer to small family businesses like these because they need to pay other for bills of the store alone and overcoming back into normal running stages is hard. I personally come here to have my nails cut every 3 weeks and they have a lot of nice customers who are understanding of that. I can tell they care about their customers especially those that are nice and understanding. This family are some genuinely nice people and comments like these can hurt their business and I can tell you right now this is one of if not the only stores that that care of their customers and have affordable pricing."

"My first experience at Kathy Nails and it was great. I got a full set and a pedicure. Lots of colors to choose from and spaced everyone out for social distancing. Definitely expect to spend some time. I was there for 2 hours. She is so detailed and does a great job. Prices are comparable to other nail places in the area."
