"I walked in about an hour before closing & asked if it was possible to get a manicure. The guy said if I waited, I could (which was great - hence 2 stars). I understand I was among the last clients of the day, BUT they did not trim my cuticles & overall nails ended up looking uneven, and dissapointingly sloppy, not like they were just done. I would have rather them just been honest & told me they are done with their day, & gone elsewhere or came back when they were feeling up to the job. Sadly, can’t say I’ll be coming back."
