"Update : I spoke with Tracy the owner and she had me come in to get them fixed by her at no charge and it’s exactly how I wanted it. While I did have one bad experience, I will continue to still come here to get my nails done. I might just be a bit more picky on who does my nails at least when it comes to gel x. Thank you Tracy! It’s unfortunate today was the worst service I’ve had here. I usually get dip powder whenever I come here but today I walked in and told her I wanted short nails but wasn’t sure whether to get gel x or builder gel. She pushed me to get gel x and I confirmed with her I could have short nails with it. The guy that did my service, I’ve done dip nails with him before but maybe he was having an off day or he’s never done gel x…but he unfortunately did a terrible job. The shape and length of every nail is so different despite me trying to be patient and correct him. The application of gel x was so messy as was the polish. I tried to do my best to speak up and correct him but there came a point it was just a terrible job and there was no going back from it unless he started from the beginning of someone else was to do it. They do a great job with peciures and dip nail but gel x was absolutely terrible. It’s so uncomfortable and thick and clunky I hate them.."
"This is by FAR the best nail salon I have found in this area! I used to dread getting my nails done because it can take a long time and many times, the people aren't too friendly. Every person that works here has been so kind & they do a fast/ BEAUTIFUL job on my nails & toes! I couldn't recommend them more than I do!"
"I’m not sure about this new service called dipped powder. It costs almost 20 dollars more than gel. The nail tech was dipping my fingers directly into the pot of color, and online it says that is not sanitary. My color came out darker than the one I chose. A plastic like coating began to peel within 2 weeks of service and looked really bad. I was also pushed into getting this by the owner. She was shouting loudly across the room about prices and cost of removing my previous gel on my nails. Everyone in the salon could hear our entire conversation. I found it unprofessional. If you want to discuss prices mid-service, walk over to the client or have the tech working on me discuss it. I have attached a pic of the plastic- looking peeling. Not worth $50 +"
"The nail tech I got was really aggressive with me. I physically winced at point. He also let out a noticeable sigh when I asked for a small design so I just went with a plain color. To top it all off, my nails are all different lengths with one crooked…. I like the color though. Overall bad experience for my first (and last) time here."
"Love this nail salon! Hannah is amazing... she is so nice and always does a perfect job on my nails. They have so many colors for dip- and always help me find the color I want. Love this salon and the nail technicians."
