Methodist North Hospital

"I was sitting in the waiting room waiting on my transportation ride to pick me up to take me home. While I waited. The smell is so bad and there are over 5 homeless people in the waiting room. Over 5 homeless people are sleeping in the hospital waiting room. Can't stand the smell. Can't go outside cause it's so dang cold. Methodist North hospital is no good. I wasn't given 1 star. Smh."

"Worst check-in I have ever witnessed at a hospital. Check-in was 11p and still haven’t been seen and it’s 6a. Absolutely unacceptable. Not one care in the world to resolve any issue that was asked about and when asked about going to another Methodist they said we don’t transfer out but we were free to go whatever we wanted as if we didn’t know that already. Everyone should be fired. This is not the way a hospital ER should be ran any day of the year. Just ridiculous."

"I know Methodist North has it's down moments, but since October 2023, we've been through a lot with our mother illness and her catching staph infection. Some of the nurses and doctors truly has compassion for the patients that they are caring for here, and some are here just to get a check. To all you wonderful hard working nurse's and CNA thank you for caring, because your hands on gives the doctors understanding. To you ones works here just for a check that bring your problems to work, please stay home with your rude, unproductive, yet selfish personality it's making the hospital look bad."

"Every one who come to ER are serious sick. The average waiting for ER is around 2h only. That is why ER mean EMERGENCY ROOM. My husband got terrible chest pain, and he came here at 2am, and he wait until 10am (8h). I asked how soon, he could be seen by doctors, and the lady at front desk said, I needed to wait they didn’t have idea yet. I heard two patients sit next to me said, they were waiting for 15h and a half. My questions is should hospital, county or state do any thing to improve it? PLEASE we need better services, FASTER service because we got sick."

"This hospital is terrible. I went in for chest pains and was stuck atleast 7 different times till I was uncomfortable. Then the staff has no respect for the elders. It’s freezing inside and outside the hospital. A patient asked for some to keep warm and the staff told her that they would find her a sheet and that’s the best they could do. An hour later the lady is still freezing and not to mention she is on oxygen. I wouldn’t recommend a deceased patient to come to this souless place EDITED 20min later -Now the security just let a man in with a gun in his pocket. My life in danger lord"
