"WOW! Family Leisure Franklin, TN is amazing. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted by Greg Boeres with a warm smile and his heart to serve us. He was not pushy at all with sales, if anything, he was just very knowledgeable and answered our myriad of questions we had already prepared to ask. I’m “researcher” so I knew pretty much what Spa features, size, and quality we wanted and Greg met us right where we were at! In less than 30 minutes he showed us exactly what we were looking for in addition to educating us along the way. We ended up buying the Artesian Rio 751L Elite and couldn’t be more pleased! Delivery was quick once it arrived in the warehouse and the delivery guys were awesome! Overall, it’s been a great experience buying our FIRST EVER SPA and having Greg and the Family Leisure Franklin Team is the best route to go! "We are completely happy with the glider and umbrella that were delivered a few days ago. I ordered them in July after Brandon spent a good deal of time patiently answering my many questions since I'd never ordered items like these before. They were not cheap and we had to wait several months for them to be manufactured but I'm fully satisfied with the quality and beauty of the glider and umbrella after 15 years of annually painting the swing we had. I really enjoyed working with Brandon who is very kind, caring and pleasant as well as knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely shop there again when the need arises."
