"DO NOT COME HERE | ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL If I could rate 0 stars, I surely would. The staff was very unprofessional, the lady in the front completely disregarded that I was there for worker’s compensation, and sent my bill to my insurance instead. My leg injury was not taken properly care of, and when I went to receive medication from the pharmacy, there was nothing on file. When the hospital filed the wrong address, they sent me to a debt collector TWICE on their mistake with no indication. I am having to clean up their constant mistakes almost a year after my work-related accident."

"Nurses and docs were great. No issues with any staff. I have never been to a hospital with such terrible food. I was shocked. My sister ordered meatloaf and it was raw. U would think a hospital would know better. All her meals were inedible. The food sold to the public was almost as bad and way overpriced. I know people don't go to a hospital for the food but its ashame to be stuck somewhere for days and have to eat junk from a vending machine because the food is soooooo bad. I work at a hospital in a different town and the food is good and affordable."

"Unorganized. Staff are very lackluster like they just don't care. Extremely long wait WITH an appt. Sat 2 hours and couldn't get a flu shot."

"First off, I’ve loved my experience there delivering both my babies. The Doctors and Nurses have been kind and validating. I’ve felt safe and at peace in their care. My biggest issue is with their billing department. With both my children, they have screwed us over with insurance. The first time, the coded the bill wrong and our insurance wouldn’t cover it. After 8 MONTHS( multiple phones with them and my doctor)of trying to get them to fix it, the issue was resolved. This time around, they sent our one of our bills to the wrong company and then once we confronted them on it, continued to just not submit it to our correct insurance company. All of our other bills weren’t submitted just fine, but for some reason, this one they keep ignoring. They said they submitted it but our insurance company never received the bill. We finally did a 3 way call with them and our insurance agent and went step by step to make sure it was submitted correctly. The billing department said they submitted and we will have it before the deadline (OF ONE YEAR) was up. Much to our surprise, the bill was not submitted at all. Now we are past the deadline. We had one more call with them today and we are praying it’s our last. This has been just an overwhelming situation that has taken over a year to try to fix. Again, we loved our birthing experience there but this has just been insane."

"I will Never Ever be back to this hospital. I asked for my medication at 7am and received it at 9:30. The nurses are snotty and rude!!! I have been sitting in my bed listening to an alarm go off for at least 25 minutes. These people don’t care. The whole floor is filled with patients and no Nurses??? I don’t get it?????"
