"If you are considering a visit to Harper’s- DO IT! We went yesterday evening for an intimate birthday dinner and I felt like a queen. Atmosphere 5/5: beautiful, modern decor and mood lighting with floor to ceiling windows on one side that allow you to view downtown. There is ample seating for all party sizes and the space is large enough that though it became busy it still felt intimate. Service 1000000/10 : THIS is what made me take time out to write a review. The service was SUPERB! We arrived about 30 min before our reservation and sat at the bar where Nick offered wonderful suggestions based off our likes. His knowledge of the cocktails and walking us through what makes them special was a great start to our evening. He even gave us some really thorough overview of the menu to prep us for our server (I’m coming for the ribeye next time!) Branson with the dimples was our server and he truly went above and beyond. His down to earth personality and in depth knowledge of what was on and off the menu helped us choose confidently items that best aligned with our flavor palettes. He literally made sure the only finger I had to lift was fork to mouth- what more could a bday girl ask for?! I accidentally spilled Tabasco sauce on my shirt and he came promptly to save the day with soda water to help remove the stain. I wish service was this grand at all the steakhouses in Nashville! We never felt rushed and were constantly being checked on or smiled at by servers and managers alike. Food 5/5: We had a SPREAD and felt like the price point was fitting. For appetizers we had off the menu king crab (also ate some with our steak), oysters (great size) and potstickers (not sure if we would order again due to it not packing as much flavor as we would like. We decided to order the table side filet and it was cooked to medium perfection. The rub they put on there paired with the peppercorn sauce is chefs kiss. Plenty of meat for us and could probably feed 3-4 easily. It came with sautéed mushrooms and we ordered crispy Brussels (flavor was great) and Alfredo Mac and cheese (VERY cheesy) as our sides. I was gifted the creme brûlée for my birthday and it was so light and delectable. Thank you to Harper’s for making my celebration so special!"

"Best dinner experience I’ve ever had! Had a reservation for my birthday dinner and we were greeted by everybody on the way in. Nelly / Nellie , our server, provided the best service I have ever experienced (coming from two servers of many years). She made me feel so special, took great care of us, was quick, had excellent recommendations, an outstanding personality! The menus had my name on them, she even brought us champagne to toast my special day, and gave us a voucher for our parking to get a discount! Aside from Nelly’s EXCELLENT service, every dish was AMAZING, and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Will certainly be returning and requesting Nelly every time!"

"If you're looking for a five-star dining experience, Harper's is the place. Hands down, the best steak I've ever had. The corn and spinach- Supreme. The ambiance makes you feel like you're at an elegant party. Our waitresses, L.A. was on it. Before we could ask, she was serving. Can't wait to come back."

"My family and I did something a little different for Thanksgiving this year which was to be treated to having the meal cooked for us. This was our first time at Harper’s, and I can honestly say that I was blown away from the beginning to the end by the exceptional service! It was incredibly amazing to watch the team members interact with each other - they were so in tune with each other and with each guest - it truly was like watching a delightfully orchestrated dance. The hostesses, the servers… every single team member treated us in a truly genuine way. We appreciated our server Nick for taking such great care of us and making us feel at ease and helping guide us through the menu and his knowledge of wine recommendations. For our starters, or “arrivals” we had the Caviar Deviled Eggs, which were scrumptious! We also had the French Fries, which were absolutely amazing! My husband and I ordered the Thanksgiving Feast which was very delicious. The black truffle macaroni and cheese was a delightful treat. The icing on the cake was the dessert, of course! Maple Pecan Bourbon Pie, with a cinnamon roll crust and topped with ice cream - so amazing! The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. Felt peaceful and I was amused by the smiles of not only the staff but by the customers. They are doing it right at Harper’s! I also loved the design - so elegant, and I was in love with the gorgeous and classy wallpaper! I cannot wait to return to this gorgeous restaurant with exceptional service!"
