"I really like Ken, he is very helpful and personable, he treats you as if he has your best interest priority one. I've been twice and both times he had all the answers about the merchandise I was after, he took care of it and I was on my way. I will definitely shop there again."
"Fantasy Zone is a nice adult entertainment environment, where you will have a decent experience. I recently just started going back this week, and during pandemic I halted my time there due to, a rude staff member maybe his name is ‘Tony’ or ‘Anthony’ he is very rude and makes things awkward in the booths and the theaters, I understand he has a job and his responsibility is making sure people abide by rules, but he yells and has made my experience at Fantasy Zone unpleasant and uncomfortable. I believe he gets mad because no one feeds to his ego and I think he singles certain people out, and upper management needs to talk to him before something happens there because nothing has changed since 2021."
"Does the angry man that yells at everybody still work here? Id like to give this place another shot but he makes everybody feel awkward."
"The man working in the evening is a dangerous ego maniac. I understand the need to monitor the crowd and make sure rules are being obeyed, but he is unprofessional and violent. He threatens people physically and verbally. He singles individuals out who don't feed his ego and berates and humiliates them. This is an accident waiting to happen. He is going to eventually hurt someone or get hurt himself. He costs the establishment so much money by scaring off patrons. In addition to he being unprofessional, the establishment is being unprofessional allowing this type of behavior to go unchecked."
"First time here it wasn’t to busy. The guy I didn’t get his name but he was working around 8 or after he was super nice to us and when I ask to use the bath room he let me use the private one due to me being a woman and not going were the guys had been . You don’t know how much I appreciate that . The place could use bigger private boths with couches in them . It’s a little uncomfortable but I had fun . Hope to visit again ."
