"My haircut was OK, nothing exceptional. But it was the poor customer service and shampoo process that really scared me away. When Nikki washed my hair, she used the hottest water I have ever felt in my entire life. Ouch! I asked her to please make the water cooler, but she was busy talking (and talking) about herself. I had to ask her twice to cool the water, and by that time, I felt like the hot water had really fried my hair and scalp. I didn't feel heard by Nikki, and I got the strong sense she was hoping to get through the haircut ASAP. An average cut, a conversational narcissist and some burnt hair. Not going back."

"We've had a hard time finding someone confident and proficient to do a pixie cut on our 10 year old daughter because she often ends up looking like a boy. Nikki did a fantastic job and we'll for sure be back. Her prices are reasonable and I really appreciated being able to book online. My daughter felt like her preferences were taken into account and walked out with a huge grin. The shop is a little challenging to find so give yourself an extra few minutes to take the elevator to the second floor."

"I came in two days before my wedding, got my hair bleached and toned. I was not satisfied, but she told me she could not help me within the next two days. She expected to be paid for a job not finished. I had told her I wanted no brassiness. I had darker brassy spots and lighter brassy spots with uneven color. My stylist I had before did my hair just fine even with some residual temporary color in it. Absolutely dissatisfied!!! She didn't deal well me after she didn't finish my hair. I didn't get to even make it look presentable for the day. Hope you have a better experience wherever you choose to go. I will not only not recommend her, I say go at your own risk."

"Fantastic results! I went in, not really knowing what I wanted, but just to “brighten up“ my hair color. I have dark blonde hair, and Nikki gave me a partial highlights. She said “trust me“ and I did, and the result is fabulous! I have had quite a few highlight jobs from around the valley, and this one is definitely the best. The placement of the highlights around the crown of my head is really well done, and the color differences are very realistic and definitely brighten my hair up! She also gave me a free blowout and lots of positive peptalk as I was having a bad day. Also, I called the day before and she was able to fit me in within 24 hours On New Year’s Eve. What a sweet woman! I definitely recommend the salon."
