"Last minute stay. It's not worth it. Rude front desk staff. No AC knob. There's no controls for the AC either. Tv didn't come on until the awesome maintenance man was sent up, thankful for that. However, there were barely any amenities. The ceiling was leaking. The microwave was rusted and barely worked. The fridge was not cold. It stunk like cat piss. There were 2 small flat pillows for a king bed. I asked for more plows, and they said they had no more pillows. The only person that was accommodating was the maintenance man. Go just for him. Nothing else."

"It was awful. I’m easy to please when it comes to rooms but this was completely unacceptable. In the first 10 minutes there I found 6-8 cockroaches ( pictures included) and black mold everywhere. The staff offer no explanation or resolution. I was horrified that choice hotels supports this mess. And yes I reported this motel to them. Completely unacceptable!"

"The location is the only thing positive to say about this place! With that said, BW Glo is right behind this nasty establishment!! The rooms weren’t cleaned, the bathrooms smelled gross and had a sticky feeling. The girl at the front counter was a menace to deal with. And Raj, the “manager” was made aware of our dissatisfaction of the rooms with zero effort to even apologize. Run like hell from this place!!!"

"Roger the Manager was very helpful from the start. We had a problem with our t.v. and he was prompt to have maintenance fix it! The staff was very pleasant and we love the location. Very central to eateries and Shopping! Will be back again."

"THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Forst of all the elevator is DISGUSTING! YOUR FEET STICK TO THE FLOOR! Worst hotel I've ever been at in my life. The TV didn't work, phone didn't work, table falling apart, mold in the bathroom, hair on the tile, holes on the ceiling. A four story hotel, but they don't have ONE extra pillow. No breakfast, no in room coffee..... and for $89.00!!! I'd you see this hotel.... drive away as fast as you can!!!"
