"I heard about this place while I was in another furniture store about to get some mattresses. So I decided to leave that store and come to this one. I did find some mattresses. The young man that was there was quiet could have been more welcoming since I am patronizing your business. I did pay on the spot for King set and a full set. I informed him I would have someone come and pick up. The hours says closing at 7pm but on this night 11-18-21, I called to let them know we will be there to pick up and i was informed that they were closing at 6:30 instead. It was 5:40 and I informed him we were on our way. We stay about 10 mins away. I got there before my son and his friend, who were picking up for me, and the guy asked me to have them pull around to the dock in the back. I called and told them to do just that. I pulled around. It is VERY dark and secluded back there but I did. He and I think his father loaded the mattresses on the dock. They younger guy then came and told me they had to go back in the store and get ready to close up cause they had somewhere to be. They left me in the back at the dock to wait on my son. Mind you it is dark and very dangerous and secluded back there. I just thought that was very rude and shows how much you appreciate and care about your customers. Yes their mattresses was a very good price for what I wanted to pay for an older bedroom set, but I won't patronize them again."
