"I've never had decent dealings with this company. There is only one girl that works at the front and she has all the tattoos and stuff. She is the only decent employee they have! I have filed multiple complaints against this company and the rudeness they show to customers and nothing ever gets done. I received a advertisement in the mail to start up a contract for $1 Friday-Sunday. No where on it does it limit to what that entails merchandise wise. We went in there only to be told that it only counts to certain merchandise. Shouldn't that be explained before I waste my time coming into the store. I have paid off multiple agreements here! I am so over this company it is unreal."

"Poor customer service. Went in store to get bill adjusted was told by Tina only Brian the manager could do adjustments. Called and left several messages. Manager Brian didn't return calls or assistants don't take messages and pass on to manager. After several more phone attempts finally received call back from manager Brian about adjusting bill and was rushed off phone. Not once did he say how can this be fixed. Very poor customer service."
