"No great review here. My mom is a patient here, I’ve listened to her cry and be frustrated by her medical care and I don’t know how to make this better. This is my last attempt. She started visiting this practice about 2 months ago as a result of an insurance change. At this time, her visit was solely around getting insulin as she’s diabetic. As of date, the purpose of the visit was pointless because as of date, my mom has gone without her medicine for 4 months. I completely understand there’s a high demand for these meds (the pharmacy quoted her $2600, her out of pocket expens), but I can’t wrap my brain around the lack of care from this medical team. She’s called repeatedly for help, asking for a different dosage and to work with the insurance/pharmacy for a workaround that yields a solution of her getting her medicine once and for all but all these attempts have been unsuccessful. How does this happen? To listen to my mom say she’s come to terms with her death because she feeling the effects of her body reacting to not having her medicine is heart wrenching and something needs to be done! I’m asking that the owners of this place contact me so that this situation can be resolved quickly, my mom’s health depends on it. Thank you, Erica"

"This location was nothing like the Germantown location. The front desk staff Kim W and Kelsey Durham were very Unprofessional. I had questions they were unable to answer for me and instead of trying to find out… I was dismissed and they pointed to someone else as they proceeded to play with their friend’s child who came to visit them. A patient came in after me and asked them were they patients because they were so loud and standing in the lobby like they were waiting to be seen or on an extended break. The entire visit wasn’t horrible though Kendra W. Was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions. Stephanie Williams and Dr. Bratcher were great and the care was excellent. The front desk staff is definitely the weakest link."

"Dr. Suber is amazing! This was my first time visiting the office and I was pleasantly surprised. Both of the ladies greeted me so warmly and cheerfully when I walked in. The nurse that took me back and did my intake was attentive and really sweet. I feel really confident with their level of care and I’m glad I found this office to take of my medical needs. My appointment was at 1 by 1:05 they called me back and I was out the door by 2:15 even with needing lab work. I love good speedy, informative service."
