Reviews
"I come here often, but considering it's the theater next to the fanciest mall in Nashville, in the bougiest neighborhood in town, they might need to step it up a bit. The place is clean enough, but I'd say 20% of the seats look like the photo I've attached here. Things are usually a bit quiet, attendance wise. If you want people to come to theaters more in 2024, it's time to rethink this location. Perhaps better more creative management? More festival style retro film runs? The location is very strong. And you've got an opportunity to evolve. Regal should stop lying down: stand up tall and try harder. Become the Alamo Drafthouse of Nashville. Top to bottom rethink"
"I normally do not post negative reviews, but I was greatly disappointed this evening. While attending the Fathom Event showing of "My Fair Lady" I was shocked to find myself two seats away from a patron who decided to talk at full volume throughout the three hour movie. When I stepped out to notify staff of the situation, I was assured that someone would come and speak to the patron. Sadly this never occurred. I understand that a re-release movie may not hold the same weight as a new showing, but I did expect staff to honor their word. This patron was asked repeatedly by other patrons to refrain from speaking so loudly. This resulted in agitated behavior in which this person even told me to "stop breathing.""
"The theater is nice, but I'm giving it four stars because the parking is awful. I'm not sure this is necessarily the theater's fault, but when you plan a visit here, add about 20 or even 30 more minutes to find a spot to park and the walk to the theater because it's likely that you're going to have to park a couple of lots over or at least several rows back. It shares a lot with a mall."
"Worst theater ever. I know theater snacks are always expensive, but 35 bucks for popcorn, a drink, and a candy? seriously? Not to mention they wanted me to BUY salt for my dry popcorn. Seats were falling apart in the theater, and it obviously hadn't been cleaned since the last show. Literally go anywhere else, or watch movies at home."
