"The worst hair cut!! The beautician did not even run a comb through all of my hair. I believe her name was Bella, although she did not introduce herself. I had to keep asking her to trim sections. She did not check to see if it was even and it isn't. There was zero attemp to style. I did tell her I was not happy and would not be back to her. Yes, I did call and complain to the manager, who offered to have me come back for a redo that she would do. Kudos to her...but this shouldn't be necessary."

Morgan Perry does an amazing job on my highlights and trims and she is a delight to work with. Jada Bailey did my mom’s and bridesmaid’s hair for my wedding and her work was excellent. I have also found Bravo Salon stylists’ prices to be very reasonable. I would recommend Bravo Salon to anyone."

"I only visited the salon once, I’ll start with the customer service. They were very polite and quick to response. The salon ambiance was quiet, bright and spacious. The reasons I am rating the place 2 stars: My stylist did not have enough experience with wavy/curly hair, and did not have professional shampoo cape for hair wash service. The shampoo quality was average. My hair was not done m, and I had to redo my hair as soon as I got back home. Maybe the stylist have experience in different areas, but if you have wavy to curly hair this might not be your best option if you are looking for an event full glow."
