"We got a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke that they tried to cover up. The room all in all was not clean. We was only staying for one night and didn't check in till 8:30 pm so we tuffed it out for the night. If we had to stay any longer would had definitely asked for my money back and found something else. I usually hate to give bad reviews, but Motel 6 needs to do better or whoever owns it. What we had to pay for this room was WAY to much!"

"I'm so upset right now with this place. We drove 500 miles yesterday on our anniversary trip and chose this as a stop before Graceland. There was loud music and banging all night, someone sounded on our door. There was no info to call and no one at the desk. Then we realized there were no towels wash rags at all, my husband used the sheet to dry off! When we checked out, we had to call the lady to the desk and her attitude was horrible. Like we interrupted her. When I told her the issue she said we should have called, but who would we have called!! She waved her hand to dismiss us and said "you're done" and walked away. Do better!!"

"Literally the worst customer service I have EVER HAD staying at a hotel. Pets are “welcome” but they will criticize and critique everything your pets do. She wouldn’t allow my dog in the lobby after my key quit working and I needed a new one (got locked out after taking them to use the restroom). Other lady told me my dogs weren’t allowed to use the bathroom on their property and that I needed to take them TO THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR. Argued with my fiancé about leaving the dogs in the hotel room in their kennel while we went next door to grab something to go to eat (she said dogs bark and make people check out that’s why we couldn’t leave them) . Constantly watched me Everytime I took my dogs out to use the restroom. Rolled her eyes at me and acted like I committed a crime when I told the old lady I had 2 dogs (that are trained). Rooms were very basic. No hair dryer, one towel, one wash cloth, no shampoo, and one bar of hand soap. Had to hold the shower head when we used it because it was broken off of the wall. Pillows were literally as thin as paper bed was super uncomfortable. The ONLY THING this hotel has going for it was the cleaning lady. She was SO SWEET and her husband was too. If you have pets or have any standards what so ever I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The owner seriously needs to look into the staff that works at this place. MAINLY the old white woman."

"I have heard of people who live at this motel and they have no problem, but my mom who PAYS for her room every night gets told “your type of money means nothing here” .. she paid for the room yesterday and tonight, she wakes up this morning to her power off because of the old raggedy lady at the front desk . Would not recommend all because of a lady who is very rude and out of line . I told my mom to go demand her money back and I got a feeling she won’t give it to her . Other than that the bed was comfortable and the pool was amazing . Oh and the water is scorching hot could burn your skin off wouldn’t recommend a shower either ."

"the lady was rude at the front desk. they had roaches and sprayed my room when the pest lady came. awful service. and one of the workers was very rude and racist to me and my family. they didn’t clean the room. and used that as an excuse to tell me to leave. i will not be coming back. the owner overall was nice though. only stay here if you have to. 2/10 would not recommend."
