"Millwork staff is very incompetent. Ordered a patio door in September '23 and they ordered it the wrong size. Had their guy come measure the door, and they still ordered it wrong. 2nd door ordered in December. Told them from the start we did not want it made with any wood. The 1st was composite, and the 2nd (which by the way is getting installed today and cost $1100.00 more than the 1st) is made of wood. And don't try to talk to anyone, (especially Rachel) they'll just put you on hold and forget about you. They totally lack communication skills, with customers or others in the store. Just got a call from Rachel. They offered me a whopping $150.00 compensation for a door that cost me $1100.00 more than the one I wanted. UPDATE Called corporate and talked to someone who was going to "advocate for me", was going to "be on my side", then got a call from someone else that told me their final offer was $200. Me thinks it's time to lawyer up."

"Appliance delivery is a nightmare. The scam works like this: They give you a four hour window so you can’t leave your house. At the end of the window, you call to see if they’re coming and they pretend to call the delivery crew and tell you they are just running late. About an hour later, they call you and tell you the truck broke down and want to reschedule a week later because they don’t do next day deliveries. Shop elsewhere!!!"
