"Bedbugs. Stayed from Sun-Thursday morning. I first noticed one bite on my right forearm on Monday evening. I didnt think anything of it, i sometimes get dry skin redness. Tuesday morning I noticed A LOT of bites on my face and right arm. I approached the manager she came to help me check and assured me it was fine. Tuesday about 5 AM I went to the bathroom and I felt a new bite had poped up behind my ear. I moved the mattress in a frenzy. I used my cellphone flashlight and found a few small nests in the woven box spring cover. I went to the night manager. He moved us to a new room. They gave us change and detergent to do our laundry. We could not move hotels. Staying the final night was our only option due to the nature of the trip. If you stay move the mattress to check the upper seam in the burgundy on burgundy area, not only where it meets the white fabric. That woven fabric is perfect for them to hide completely in. Management, please consider getting rid of that woven box spring cover."

"The hotel is nice and in a decent location. My problem is that I was double charged for my stay and am now basically being asked to sacrifice my 1st born in order to get the charge refunded! I have called the hotel numerous times and am never able to discuss the matter with a manager and am always told the manager will call me back. It has been 3 weeks and no call back. Management obviously doesn't care and they definitely won't be getting any more of my $$"

"My family and I have been staying here while our house is being worked on. While our stay here started off nice, things began to quickly fall apart. The lock on my door malfunctioned everyday resulting in myself being locked out multiple times. After they changed the lock it continued to happen again, so they swapped my room. No less then a day later I come back to the hotel after class to find that they have done their normal room service rountine. When I looked around I saw that someone ate one my Pop-Tarts, my mail had been opened, and my spare key card had been bent and chewed on. After complaining to the front office, the staff seemed unconcerned. I talked to the General Manager, who assured me that they have never gotten a complaint in the 9 years he's worked there. Glad to be their first I suppose."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The lobby and adjoining lounge room were attractive, and the location and parking were really accessible. The only issue I had was the condition of parts of my room. I had the King Studio Suite. The rolling chair at the desk had something "brown" smeared all over the back of the chair. I had a kitchenette, and when I opened the door to the small refrigerator, the whole refrigerator came out of its area of the cabinet and onto the floor. They might want to consider upgrading the room decor and mattresses. Otherwise, it was a VERY nice stay!"

"The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that's included with the stay was good as far as a hotel buffet breakfast rate. The room was clean. The beds were decent. The area has plenty of food and shopping options but you will need to drive there."
