"I ordered the Deluxe chicken combo and the fries were mushy and undercooked. The line was long and moves quickly but to take an extra 15 - 20 seconds to ensure well done fries is worth it. I even ordered well done fries. I returned them and received more mushy undercooked fries. I'm very disappointed. I had to put them in my air fryer and it cooked them perfectly. DO BETTER CHICK FIL A. I don't mind paying for good food, but it has to be the way I ordered it."
