"The food is mediocre; there's nothing exceptional about this place, and it's not somewhere you'd go out of your way to dine. It's situated inside a gym, making it a convenient option if you work nearby or are pressed for time. I ordered the breakfast quesadillas, and they turned out unappetizing. Putting guacamole inside a quesadilla was unexpected; I assumed it would be on the outside when they mentioned it came with guacamole. Unfortunately, it was inside, and since I don't like guacamole and forgot to request it excluded, I had to discard the entire meal. I also tried a smoothie, which was decent. However, the total cost of the means was $30. Of that, $10 was the smoothie and inedible quesadillas at $20. This place is primarily suitable for its convenience factor. If you're seeking an exceptional dining experience, I wouldn't recommend it. However, for a quick and convenient meal, especially considering the friendly staff and clean environment, it might serve its purpose."

"Being a member at Bay Club this is super convenient stop for a quick snack, lunch, or dinner. They have great food and also daily specials. Highly recommended with excellent service!"

"The food here never disappoints! It’s the perfect balance between healthy and absolutely delicious! I love everything I’ve tried here! Today I tried the warm cafe salad and it was phenomenal! The flavors were perfect! At first I thought it looked like it had too much dressing but that was not the case at all! I hate when salads are over dressed but it was actually exactly right. The warm Spanish rice gives the salad the extra boost! Another one of my favorites is the tuna melt wrap. It’s so good! Definitely a must for lunch."
