"This hotel was great for the price! Staff was super friendly and sweet. I don't remember her name but she loved our kids and was so kind and playful towards them. The room was nice and clean. A little old, but for the price this hotel was great. I do want to say I stayed here at the end of December after visiting family in Florida."

"Great rooms! Great service and they have guest laundry. We had a very nice sized room non smoking with a sitting area that included a couch and coffee table. Spacious and even with the couch it still was not cramped. Very clean. Only thing is the housekeepers are family and they don't speak a lick of English which honestly didn't bother me because the wife was a sweetheart. She may have not always given me the correct towels for everything but she was very on top of her duties."

"The staff was awesome but the owners lacked motivation to keep the place clean. House keeper is over worked. The grounds was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Breakfast was a joke. No laundry facilities, drug deals taking place all over and garbage everywhere. The room was horrible. Mood all over, bathroom was nasty. Carpet was gross. If I could have gotten a refund through trip advisor I would have but they don't refund for nothing. So had to stick it out. But won't be back."

"Don't pay with cash or they'll do anything to keep your deposit. Rooms are disgusting. Our headboard and furniture had sticky stuff all over it. Our towels and bed linens were stained. There was food in the mini fridge. The wifi came and went. Our AC was messed up and only ran part of the time. Breakfast is just Flakes(cereal) and cold/hard waffles. If you walk barefoot in the room your feet turn black. Will not be back."

"The floors are super dirty. The faucet 8n the shower leaked the whole time. Other than that though it was fine. Friendly front desk people. The room was cleaned and made up each day. Pillows where soft."
