"Hoping the store location sees this! Just before Thanksgiving I came into the Vans store looking to purchase a specific MTE jacket. Unfortunately my size wasn’t available and it wasn’t available to purchase on the website either. The store employee, I believe his name is Matty, was so beyond kind, Knowledgeable and helpful. He found a way to get it shipped from a further away store, and when it came in he was prompt at calling me to let me know they got it in for me at their location. I came in and made the purchase on December 2nd but Matty wasn’t there for me to thank. The employee who rang me out that day was also super kind and a joy to talk to. I want to thank both guys at this location for their help and kindness during a busy time of the year"

"Already great, happy service at this particular branch. Every staff member is extremely kind and ready to assist you in any way possible. The cashier persons are also very kind as well as quick to complete your purchase and make sure everything is in order. Although the selection of shoes and other accessories are rather limited due to the small store size, it's good enough to keep you satisfied. Great place to get your Vans products if you live in the area or are just visiting"

"My son went in looking to purchase his first pair of Vans as apparently he was being pick on at school for the shoes we bought him a few months back. He had originally tried to customize on line, but there were technical issues on the Vans side. So he went into this store. The two pairs he liked were not in stock in his size. He did get a "sorry" from the person who was supposed to help, but he did not offer to look for them at another store for him as I am used to other shoe stores doing. I felt like he brushed my kid off and was on his way to help someone else. Maybe that's typical of a Vans store, but if it weren't for the bullying my son has been receiving, I wouldn't go back into that store."
