Whoever answered the phone provided me a price and said it would be an additional $10.00 for a “star” then when I asked for clarification as to what he meant by a star, he became rude and got an attitude! How in the hell does the common person know what is meant by “a star” like next time elaborate and explain to the customer ahead of time and the customer wouldn’t have a follow up question. Just because you’re located in the Ghetto doesn’t mean you don’t need good customer service and telephone etiquette!
