Learning Zone of Lebanon

"We moved here and were waiting on a school that had not yet opened to open and we found learning zone. We decided to give it a shot and if we liked it we would stay. Overall, the staff is not friendly. They are not rude, but they definitely don’t go out of their way to say hi or get to know you. My child’s first classroom experience was not ideal. There were some issues that we brought up with management and we are honestly unsure if it got addressed or not because we never heard anything back. Her second class teachers were great. I view this facility more as a daycare and not so much an early learning center. We were at primrose in our old town before moving here and I feel like our child was learning and growing daily. I feel that kind of came to a hault here. Honestly, I just expected more from a facility that takes care of your most precious things in the world. I expected them to try to at least get to know the parents etc. While the learning zone here is not bad, they didn’t do much to stand out in the way of friendliness and gaining trust. We were here for 7 months and most days were not even said hello to. The issues raised in her first class seemed to be pushed under the rug and there was no resolution, at least on our end. I did appreciate the director asking for feedback when we left and noticed a much friendlier atmosphere in the school in the last week we were there, so hopefully the feedback was taken to heart"

"My toddler has been attending since he was 3 months old. He loves his teachers and friends and has only cried at drop-off twice in 1 year. There is great communication and his teachers know him very well."

"I don't think I will ever be able to say enough positive things about this facility. Our three children are cared for as if they were family. We have had hiccups from injuries to behavior issues and they have all been handled professionally and with love. We have experience with two other facilities in the area that weren't a great fit. It has not been easy to afford three children in daycare financially, but this is a sacrifice that is easy to justify. If you are looking for childcare, this one is definitely worth your while."

"This is my child’s first daycare and I can’t say enough good things about them! The directors and teachers have made this new transition for us so easy. They’ve made my child feel safe and cared for with it being their first time away from me. The app they use is the best because I get to see how his day is going, see pictures of him, and I’m able to communicate with them easily. They have cameras in every room and take the safety of the children seriously. The care here is amazing and if you want a safe, fun, loving environment for your child to be in everyday.. this is it!"

"My toddler has been at the learning zone of Lebanon since it opened, and it has been a great transition from our old daycare. The teachers have been welcoming and willing to answer my questions about how my child’s day went. They are good about updating tadpole and contacting me if there is anything I should know right away. My child walks into the classroom on his own and that ensures me that he is in a happy and safe environment. On top of all of that, I love that they have plenty of time for playtime but also focus on education. My son has learned a lot and I’m excited to see how he progress here going into the future."
