"The facility is very nice and clean and most of the staff is friendly. We personally did not have a good experience. We had to pull our 1 year old after only being there for 2 months. Our child was consistently coming home with bruised bite marks. There were issues with the bite not being reported or the teachers weren’t not sure if a bite happened because they were not paying attention. We understand that at that age, biting will happen but it was happening way to often. We decided to pull our child after she had been bit 4 times in 3 weeks. 2 of those bites occurred in the same week. Being able to check in on our child on the cameras throughout the day was nice. However, I noticed there was a lack of supervision in our child’s classroom. The teachers often had their backs turned and or ignored children crying and being hit by others. I brought up my concerns about the lack of supervision on a couple of occasions with the front staff, they were nice about the situation but offered no resolutions or guidance. I am sure circumstances vary from each classroom but if any parent is looking at enrolling their 1 year old at this facility… I would reconsider."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our experience there was amazing! My sweet boy absolutely thrived , they are a super clean facility, I love the cameras in the class rooms to check on him every so often, I love the security of entering in the daycare, I love the “school” setting in the rooms to help prepare them for real school and stay on a schedule, and I absolutely loved how much he learned! We were so sad to leave and move on to “big boy” school!"

"There is no other daycare I would trust with my kids. My daughter started when she was two. She is now 4. And I have also had my infant son there. Now, they are expensive, but after trialing a more budget friendly daycare I do believe you get what you pay for. The staff at Totally Kids are different. They make you feel welcome and part of the family. They want to be there and you can see they truly have a heart for the children there. It is always a positive atmosphere when I am walking in and out. Communication is key with childcare and they are great! I cant say enough good about Totally kids. Cameras, app updates with photos, newsletters, event gatherings and even parents night out!"
