"I honestly cannot believe Dana Smith is still so obsessed with CYEC. There are so many false statements in her review. The only thing that she said that was truthful was that she intimidated and harassed the staff. She even made comments about the appearance of the staff. I wish there was a way to leave Dana Smith a Google Review. Trying to use false information to destroy a small, local, female owned business with your constant negative reviews on every platform is not a good look. To anyone reading the reviews from Dana Smith, if you have any questions about this center reach out to someone who actually has children enrolled. I have had 3 kids in the program for the last 6 years, CYEC is their second home and they know that they are safe and loved there."

"This daycare is fantastic! They treat all the kids like family. They look out for all the kids and their entire family, especially the kids that used to go there that are now in school. They will move heaven and earth for their daycare kids and employees. As for the post and pictures posed by Dana, I find it interesting that her children have not been there in over a year and the pictures she posted are not even from CYEC."

"If you want your child to come home beat up like mine with no incident report filed, no explanation, and tepid response from directors who say they care, but clearly don’t, this is your place. His caregiver has assault charges against her criminal record can be accessed on line. Another parent questioned this and director/owner defended employee. Other employees don’t show up. I complained and my child got kicked out of daycare because I was “intimidating and harassing” staff. I was advocating for my child. I wouldn’t take my shelter cat to this place, which is sad because it used to be a decent daycare. Also, former employees have called DCS about one of the directors/ owners screaming at the kids until they cry."

"We sent our 3 year old daughter here after a very disappointing experience at another daycare. We loved the staff and we were glad to support a locally owned business. She only attended here for a couple months before we moved to a new state, but my only regret was not sending her here sooner."

"My two kids have been attending CYEC for 5 years and they love it there. The staff and directors truly care for every child. Seeing that metro schools would probably be closed for some time, they started planning virtual learning spaces for school-aged kids and hired great teachers to help the kids through this process. The directors have an open door policy and are always there to listen to concerns or new ideas. I love that I have these wonderful people in my kids’ lives. Thank you, Tonya, Cynthia, Amy and ALL the wonderful teachers for loving my kids and taking such great care of them."
