"Ten of us showed up plus two under two. I had a few guests that I ended up telling to not bother coming due to the fire hazard of a space that was given to us. I should’ve walked out upon entering. You pay for ten guests no matter what. There should be pictures of the rented spaces. The rate of pay versus how much space given when booking online(they can manipulate the size with dividers). My hallway is larger than the room provided. With considering the seated guests, gifts, and overall set up of the room there was virtually no space for anyone to walk in and out safely. I’m surprised a manager didn’t visit us and note the apparent fire hazards/tripping hazards to prevent a potential liability. Our room floor was so sticky you could tell they don’t clean in between parties. Thankfully I brought table covers they definitely seemed necessary. The one year old package was a joke. The pictures provided didn’t match what was supposed to be given. No candle like the one pictured. You’re paying for things you don’t receive. There was about four team members all assisting one woman at check in until a few others from my party arrived with gifts. I was waiting for well over five minutes before anyone even said a mere hello. If your team members aren’t permitted to check in I’d advise them to be elsewhere it just makes your team look disorganized, lazy, and rude. The party host was sweet; It was just awkward with her there the whole time in such a small space. She needed too much direction ie: cleaning tables, bringing the pizza we requested for our room upon booking. Her nails were also too long. I’d rather not have someone who has long nails be in an environment that is supposed to be sterile. Plus she had a bit of trouble (due to her nails)trying to make balloon animals for the kids or assisting with how to use the high chairs. The nails should not be permitted to have at work. That definitely violates food safety protocols. You’re serving beverages, bringing napkins, plates, and serving food; long nails shouldn’t be allowed. Most of the pizzas were out and picked over. With as many team members on the clock you’d think there would be a larger assortment. It was also extremely filthy. Sauce and grease covering the serving utensils. The salad bar had so much cross contamination my stomach curled. The dessert bar was even more grotesque. The billing process was a joke. Apparently the host didn’t do a headcount. We got over charged. Luckily the manager gave us the benefit of the doubt and worked with us when we approached her. I’m just glad my daughter is too young to remember the disaster of a situation this whole experience was. I worked at kids empire and was one of the managers I get how things can be in this type of environment. I am highly disappointed in your team. I may sound overly critical however, I just grinned and bared much of what I shouldn’t have cause I didn’t want to dwell on the negative on my daughters special day. I should’ve walked out and took the fifty dollar hit upon arriving to the mess that is johns incredible pizza. That whole team should be retrained on everything from overall safety, guest service, dress code, food safety, just all of it. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE! If you do go in person to scope everything out."
"It was fun. I drove from Van Nuys to here as my great neice had her 1st birthday. The arcade was awesome. The buffet was ok"
"Although the food was delicious their weren't many options in the fruit section however the dining rooms still remain the same. I will say that it was rather empty to say the least and as far as games go their weren't many in my opinion and if their was one that I liked the remote would be busted or it would be out of order. So I would recommend this place to those that just want to dine out with friends or family."
