"I was so shocked on how great the garlic parm fries were. The alfredo was amazing and very rich. Since the pasta is homemade it kind of clumps all together and it was hard to get a normal sized spoonful. Such good food cant wait to try more items from the menu!"

"This review is for anyone trying to search online for more info about the gluten free options: They have gluten free pasta and you can select if it's an allergy. However there is no labeling telling you which sauces are gluten free, and the cheese sauces that need a roux are not gluten free. I reached out to ask and it's only the tomato, Sunday gravy, and vodka sauces. I emailed and didn't hear back so I messaged through Instagram and they contacted the chef. Great that you can label an allergy for the pasta, but would be nice to not have to ask the very busy staff which sauces are safe or have to reach out to the company since it's labeled nowhere. And not sure if the pesto or anything that's not a "sauce" is gluten free since I only asked about sauces and am not sure if the answer was covering all pasta options. The service was fairly fast even though it was busy. The GF pasta was OK but nothing special for $3 extra."

"If you’re looking for some AMAZING Italian food with homemade pasta, this is the place to get it. My boyfriend and I visited the other day and ordered Alfredo with shrimp and Mac and cheese with chicken. The Alfredo was creamy, cheesy, and delicious, and the shrimp were tender, cooked perfectly. The pastas were so good, you could tell they’re homemade. The Alfredo had nice thick spaghetti type noodle and the Mac and cheese had shells. The Mac and cheese was SUPER cheesy and so so good topped with crispy fried chicken breast. We ordered at the counter kiosk and our order was ready in just a few minutes. Highly recommend giving Knead a try!"

"The steak sandwich was amazing. The bread had the right amount of crunch and the fillings were delicious. The marinara fries were also really good. The veggie pasta was sadly a little bland though. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was packaged thoroughly and beautifully. We would love to come back!"

"Great carbonara pasta was the right amount of creaminess. Definitely worth the visit if you’re craving pasta inside Grand Central Market. They use a tablet ordering system which was convenient and easy to check out all the menu items."
