Reviews
"This little Italian restaurant is great! It’s not a huge restaurant and it gets busy on the weekends. Their meatballs are fantastic. The Brussels sprouts were just ok. Their desserts are amazing. Service was excellent."
"We only went here for brunch, so it is hard to talk about the rest of the food. That being said, everything was delicious. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and the usual selection of hot and cold drinks. I had their homemade granola, yogurt, and fresh blueberries. It was probably the best granola I have had in a long while. Quantities were well-balanced. This is a very nice version of this classic. We had the ricotta cheese and blueberry pancakes. They were delicious, light and fluffy, and served with maple syrup. The eggs fungi were delicious, with lots of sauteed mushrooms on the bread and perfectly cooked eggs. Also great was the smoked salmon pizza served with stracciatelli cheese, red onion, and crispy capers on a cracker type bread. If their dinner food is this good, wow. Service was excellent, and you can sit inside or outside. It is located at 2128 Hillhurst Avenue."
"Less family-style and more trendy Italian place than some on Hillhurst. Pizza with arugula and prosciutto was just okay, good crust, mediocre sauce. Papardelle was delicious, as was dessert. Great wine list, but cocktails in coupe glasses always lose a half-star. Will come back for calamari appetizer and po' boy."
