"Cashier on the clock at approximately 6-630pm demonstrated no interest in helping or acknowledging they the purpose of them being there. Instead kept their face down on their phone until I coughed (a real cough not to get their attention)did they role their eyes up, then their face then the scanner. No greeting or anything. Customer service is really not a priority here."
"I've been filling up my work van here for a year here. Today I had forgot my wallet at home so I had to wait for my fiance to bring it to me. I waited off to the side and when he was 2 min away I moved to a spot to fill up. The lady working came outside an was extremely rude to me after I explained my fiance is 1 min away with my wallet and I'm going to fill my tank up. THERE WAS NOBODY AT ANY OF THE OTHER PUMPS WAITING. She went inside and glared out her window with another employee. I hope the manager hires someone with better people skills. I took my buisness to the Shell next door."
"Went there and got gas, the clerk was taking a break in her car. The receipt tape was empty and I needed a receipt for my job. It was 3pm and I found her in her car taking her break and explained my situation when she rudely said to me βI am on my break!β And she slammed her door shut. I had to wait 25 minutes to get my receipt printed when she was finished. Bad business!"
"Accessibility: from the pumps to inside the store is all flat ground. The doors to enter are a single pull door. Experience: I wanted to go inside the store to pay for my gas but the store was closed around 9 in the morning. It got super packed with big rig trucks waiting for the store to open. Other than this everything was fine!"
"These people have no sense of customer service. I was getting gas. While I was in line a desperate mom came with her child asking for the bathroom keys, the cashier responded very rude, telling the mom she was in the middle of a transaction. Really!! The mom apologized left and right that she was trying to avoid her little girl from having an accident. Finally the second cashier helped the mom, but with an attitude. Then it's my turn, and they claim they can give me change for a $10 bill. The cashier claims she doesn't have enough 5's and 1's, when I myself look at a drawer full of them. THE NERVE!!!"
