"Took my car there once and got their #5 which was $79.99 to get both interior and exterior of my car cleaned and they did a acceptable job! They could clean a little more carefully and caring for details but it was definitely better than many other car washes I have ever been to. Their staff were friendly and helpful."

"Go though a car wash with my Jeep Wrangler. Antenna get ripped and antenna holder even damaged. Very disappointed. Their staff didn't ask neither helped you take this off. I have been wash my Jeep eight years without any problem. Not this time..."

"The people were nice but ultimately the service was terrible. I took my car in to have a spot removed from the interior, and paint is now chipping off my car. The photo is from when I returned to my car but the chipping has only gotten worse. When I told them about this they basically said, " not our problem". Now I have to pay 4 times as much to fix the paint on top of the already expensive spot removal. In addition to the new paint chipping, there were still smudges on my windshield, and the interior was extremely greasy to the touch. The feeling of chemicals was all over my interior. Again, the staff was kind but I will NEVER bring my car here again."

"$400+ in damages to my car, and they will not reimburse me. I would leave zero stars if possible. I brought my car in for a wash. The cleaners broke the hinge on my cupholder. When I brought this to their attention, they epoxied it. The epoxy wore off several months later, so I brought my car back and asked them to re-fix the cupholder. While doing so, the cleaners smeared epoxy on the trim piece surrounding by cup holder. They then scratched the same trim piece while attempting to remove the epoxy. My center console now looks like a mess. Honda quoted me over $400 to fix it, and the manager, Cameron, refuses to reimburse me, saying his guys are obviously "not experts" at epoxy. Weak."

"Very bad job, they oversold me and they didn’t perform, I show them a few Spots at the check in, the guy charge almost double to “fix” after 3 hours the job was very poor. The seats they just put a greasy liquid instead of clean in the leather. It took the manager 15 min to show up and just gave us all kind of excuses, I ask to talk to the guy that received the car and oversold us and he gave more excuses . Just look at the pictures in the review, I don’t understand how a business like this is still in existence. They refuse to give me any refund or credit. Even the windows have spots ."
