"This dude Bobby is a crook. Paid him in full and he tried to charge me for a second inspection because my car didn’t pass the first time. The ironic thing was I had a customer in front of me complain about the same issue. Should have known better. Irainian thief!"

"Is this place more $$ than going to the DMV, yes but worth it !! I needed to register an out of state car and everything that comes with it, and Bobby made this a quick and easy process. He even gave me a referral for a VIN verification guy that was also quick, easy and professional. I had my smog check , vin verification and my out of star car registered with new tags on it in the matter of 2 days. Pay the extra and get it done here !!!"

"They do not clarify all the hidden fees and when asked why I was told it’s the customers responsibility to know this despite them not having any rates or prices displayed or mentioned anywhere in the office or storefront ..so how are we to know if the person operating business does not clarify and gets upset when asked for clarification. The gentleman at the desk spoke over me on various occasions and was rude. Not a place I’d go again. Make sure to ask about all fees prior to services!!! Not worth it at all. The smog check was quick though so if that’s all you need this might work for you, any DMV services don’t do it! Edited to add that this establishment was trying to charge me $831 to register an out of state vehicle and was told because it wasn’t a DMV that’s the price… I went to AAA and paid $340… a $500 difference. TOTAL RIP OFF!!"

"Did a smog check. Go here if you are happy paying 2.5x the market rate. A quick google search will show that smog checks form other providers in the area are $20-40. They charge $79.95! Additionally the pricing for services is hidden in the back auto shop and out of view from customers. Only way you’ll know is if you ask, my mistake is a didn’t."
