"Buzzed for the service window that’s advertised to be open 12am-4am and no one answered. All the lights were on so I called and no one answered. Thankfully the circle k next to vons is ACTUALLY open inside 24/7. I would’ve been stranded if they weren’t. I had to drive past here again and saw a woman inside. I’m so frustrated I didn’t read the reviews before stopping here because they’re all so right. Don’t come here, ever."

"I went in to use the restroom and the only one bathroom was working. The door requires a code so I walked up to counter. Waited for the person in front of me to finish transaction and asked for code. The girl told me that she could buzz me in… just as a party of five girls piles out of a limo and goes to stand by the bathroom door. The worker girl says “oh there is people in front of you”. I said “no I was already there and walked up here to get code and they JUST came in”. So what does she do? She buzzes the group in ahead of me while I walk back to the bathroom. All five girls go in at the same time and spend 15 min in there while I wait outside the door. What was the right thing to do? What was the right thing to do? Give me the code or wait til I walked the 30 feet to the door and let ME in first. Very upset… as a senior I felt pushed over for 5 young party girls. No etiquette from the workers at all."

"TL; DR: employee was rude and we didn't get to use the bathroom or buy things even though it's 24 hours and it's his job If you have the choice, DO NOT STOP HERE. This location has horrible customer service and by the looks of the reviews spanning over the years, nothing has changed. My bf and I were making a long, late night drive back home when we stopped by here to use the restroom, get some snacks and coffee to wake ourselves up. All the lights were on inside and out, and the location said 24 hours so we didn't think it'd be a problem. We were wrong. My bf gets out of the car and tries to open the door but it's locked. We look around and see an employee sweeping the lot but at this point he's close to the door so my bf asks him if he could use the bathroom. Instead of simply answering the question, the employee shot back with "Well are the lights on?" To which my bf replied that they were. Then the employee seemed irritated and rudely said "Ugh I'm trying to get work done here." So my bf just told him not to worry about it and got back in the car while the employee didn't say anything back and just walked away like we weren't there. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn't catch the guys name but he was anywhere between 20s and 40s and had long, brown hair."
