"I took my vehicle in for 4 new tires to be installed as well as a lifetime alignment. Made an appointment for 7am. Dropped the car off and was told it would only be a couple of hours since I was the only one there. At 945 they call me and say all my brakes are bad and need to be replaced and sent me an invoice at 1000. I was hesitant since the car was looked over by a mechanic 2 weeks earlier and he said they had 1/2-3/4 life in the pads and rotors, along with a maintenance invoice in the glovebox from Toyota a year earlier showing they were all replaced. I called back and declined. At 1130 they called me saying it was done. I signed all the documents and they said everything was good to go. When I go to leave, at 1140, I noticed all the lights on the dash were still on (ABS, Parking Brake, Traction Control, Tire Pressure). I asked the technician and he said they will go off after a couple miles due to the new alignment and calibration since the vehicle has to relearn the driving. I am not going to doubt someone who does this for a living. I then proceeded to drive the vehicle back to my house (approximately 10 miles) and all the lights are still on. I call and they say to bring it back, so I do. Then they mess with the car for another 3 hours while I sat in the waiting room with no updates. Then they come out and said there is nothing they can do about it and it could be there machines. They recommended I take it to the dealership and "have them figure it out". I have since taken it to Toyota and they said that they can't get them to clear without doing a full diagnostic on the vehicle. There are also no codes showing up as to the cause. So it would be hours of time to figure out. In the last 6 months I have had to take 3 of the 4 wheels to get the valvestems replaced at a firestone near where I work due to air leaking out. 2 of the times cause me to be stranded on the side of the I-15 while on my way to work. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I had to spend and to have my time wasted on numerous occasions. I currently have a lifetime alignment with Firestone on 2 of my vehicles, and I can't trust my local franchise to get it right or at least update on what is going on. Harvey Firestone said it best "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." This location is dishonest in their maintenance/buisness practices and their ability to properly identify legitimate discrepancies on a customer's vehicle. They do not accept any kind of responsibility for the issues that have come about and immediately shift the blame and burden onto the customer."
"Your manager Ryan Ferkovich is top notch. Been going to Express Tire for many years (even prior to Firestone relationship), all because of Ryan’s expertise and attentiveness. Thank you Ryan. I appreciate you"
"Online said 50 in person it's like 116$ for an oil change Lord capitalism is disgusting what was once 35$ is now an impossible amount for some simple liquid exchange. Robbery is a crime but corporate robbery is somehow shined upon like a tenant of the bible. I welcome the next great depression. See you on the chopping blocks. Logical prices costs 34$ for the oil and literally wench and a twist of your wrist and some how 70 more dollars comes from that that mechanic better be paid 40$ every movement of there hands with them prices some how 20$ for a filter change which takes many more movements of ones wrist leta just let capitalism keep app are food are democracy can't wait for 4000$ oil changes in 2085 I'll be a millionaire at least hahahahahahahahah"
"A complete waste of your time. You call the number and the recording instructs you to go to the website where it says they perform alignments. Great! You enter your car information and it still allows you to book the alignment. You show up for your alignment only for them to turn you away because they don't have the equipment. Seriously? I don't mind that they cannot do it, if you don't have the equipment you don't have it. I mean, you're not a "FULL SERVICE" maintenance--but that integrity is on whomever approves the branding. But, when I tried to offer feedback to the staff he said "well we don't know until we enter the VIN". Yes, bro. I understand but what YOU don't understand is that the Firestone website shouldn't ask for your vehicle information or allow you to book an appointment if you're only going to show up and not even be told "Sorry" but just a shrug and "we don't know until we enter the VIN". I am incredibly reasonable, but nothing makes me more frustrated than when my time is wasted because that's the one thing I cannot get back."
"I am one of those people who acknowledge I don’t know much about cars which lends itself to the fear that I’m gonna get taken advantage of by auto repair shops. When it comes to all things tires and immediate repairs, neither my husband nor I have that fear at Temecula’s Firestone Complete. Though they may not always be the cheapest shop in town, yet they are always the best bang for your buck. They stick to the job at hand, don’t push to upsell you, and are efficient. All of these things warrant them 4 stars for solid and consistent work. What puts them at 5 stars? Getting air in my tires. Both of our cars have seem to need air in them at least every few months. Whether it’s a low key time 3 pm on a Tuesday or the busiest of times of 10 am on a Saturday, they seem to always have a tech who is willing to pause what they are doing to come out and fill our tires, for free! Yes, free. They don’t even expect a tip (though we of course tip them). They are always nice about it and are comfortable at the small talk whether it’s me or the hubby. To be able to just drive up and not get an eye roll, a “hmph”, or a charge, to me, shows the kind of genuine service of an era long before my time. Thank you Temecula Firestone. We see you. We appreciate you."
