"The place was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Collectively, they worked as a team in the slowest and most inefficient way possible. They managed to turn a twenty minute job into a 58 minute experience. And mine was the only car being serviced at the time. I watched them chat, screw around, lose focus, and generally move as slow as human beings could move to complete the task. Yes, they did get it done. But it was not worth my time and money. Oh, and by the way, I changed the oil in my other car two days later at another place for $110 compared to Jiffy Lube’s $170 and I was in and out in twelve minutes."

"I tried to make an appointment online. It didn't work for me. The page wouldn't load. I called to ask if there was any waiting. He said to come by. It is on the corner but not easily accessible. Their waiting room is dark and uninviting. There was a backlog of customers. Nobody was taking orders. I didn't want to sit waiting for who knows how long. I will not be returning to this location."
