"driver here it is 12/12 @06:55 I made attempt to pull my trailer but the trailers were kissing each other so i called the main number. i advised dude that i could not pull trailer and went into restroom. when i pulled around back i noticed that i could not pull my trailer. i called and said i don’t know if you pulled the wrong trailer or if u have not made it back here. he replied he pulled all the trailers that started with 24 i advised him i see he pulled one but it wasn’t the correct one so i still am unable to pull my trailer. he came back and pulled the wrong trailer again however i now had space to reach my landing gear. so i proceeded to go backwards. my mirror bumped the first incorrect trailer so im struggling to push my mirror and asked him her help or a step to push it back from the folded position and his response was that i was an incompetent driver. how is this professional or appropriate when twice you pulled the wrong trailer when you were giving the correct trailer number to pull? he also advised me to pull the non prime trailer out and drop it so i could reach my correct trailer. had he had done his job correctly the first time or even the second time i wouldn’t be in this situation im im now. definitely filing a complaint. Make sure they pull your trailer all the way out of the hole when the trailers are kissing."

"There’s a pilot around the corner from here, there’s street parking and bobtail parking near entrance. The first big empty lot you see when you enter this place go around the corner is for empties. If you continue all the way straight down and make a left from coming around the corner that’s where the loaded trailers are. IMGFON"
