"Absolutely rude and arrogant techs. Coupon said $29, was charged $60 bc it was a European “luxury” car. Smog failed almost immediately due to needing additional drive time for the CAT - could have told me to drive around and come back, instead just charged me and told me to come back and pay $40 for another test. No thanks - will go elsewhere."
"Took my vehicle in around 9am, and had it done by 12. The dealer I bought my car from did not apply the breaks on right, and was just like new after the re-alignment. My experience was quick and convenient, thanks!"
"Went to get a smog today. It's Sunday almost everywhere was closed!! So grateful this place was open. Howard helped me out and had such great customer service. He even honored a coupon I had found online. Definitely coming back. Very quick and easy smog. Took about 15 mins."
"The most inexperienced guys working there. Slow. Two times they couldn't do a smog check. The first time they took 70$ and the second time 40$. The second time I arrived with a fully serviceable car and left them with the engine light on. I went to other guys and they did it immediately and for 59$."
"I brought the coupon in. Guy was super rude. Said he wouldn't honor the coupon since I didn't have the DMV form. (DMV website says they can look it up with your VIN, which I had.) Then, and here's the kicker, he tested the vehicle and failed it due to "faulty electronic connection to dashboard." I drove in with a perfectly functioning car, and drove out with a fail and a check engine light on. Took it to my mechanic and he said it was loose connection. You make your own conclusions."
