"Ryan at the Engine Room is awesome! Finding a good mechanic and repair facility is like playing the lotto, you take your chances and hope for the best! A friend had recommended the Engine Room a couple years back. I perform my own oil changes and simple brake jobs. But when issues go beyond that I take my vehicles to a repair facility. I despise dealerships as they have to charge so much for service in order to cover their operating expenses and overhead. I had issues with two of our cars, I looked the Engine Room up on the web and gave Ryan a call. We were so impressed with the repair of our first vehicle, his communication was outstanding, he will text you with status updates so you don't have to call him, wait on hold or play phone tag. He stands behind his work, the shop is extremely organized and clean, as they take as much pride in the appearance of the business, as they do in quality of the repair services they perform. After our first experience above, the following week we took our other vehicle in for the same outstanding service and repair. Ryan is now are new mechanic, he is open, honest and trustworthy. We feel like we have not only gained a new mechanic but a new friend as well. He takes Great Pride in the quality of his facilities work and knows that he and his team are only as good as the work they perform.
